Sara Koenemann, FNP-BC Founder
Sara Koenemann is a board certified nurse practitioner with over 13 years of experience. Her well established reputation, expertise, knowledge and skills has given her the opportunity to develop Contour4U.

She initially began her career as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Neurology. Since that time she has grown her experience in multiple specialties ranging from Emergency Services, Intensive Care, Nephrology, Infectious Disease, and Endocrinology.

Prior to becoming a nurse she held a career as a personal trainer. She is passionate about health and fitness. She is driven to help her patients achieve their best possible health and fitness. She will take the time to find a personalized plan developed specifically for your ultimate goals.
